同程网真是个坑！订好付完款后自动退回，以为网络有问题又付了一次，等了半天一直在审核。联系客服说没房订不到才退回。再电话给酒店明确说已经没有房间订不到了。于是在美团上订了别家酒店。然后又说已经成功几次沟通说明情况也不能退款退房，强制消费掉！越来越差劲
