非常惊喜的住宿体验！10月21日一早近6点抵达星程酒店（上海迪士尼乐园店），远超预期的是，前台竟直接为我们办理了免费提早入住，疲惫瞬间消散。我们一共住了两晚。
从前台、餐厅到保洁人员，每位员工都亲切友善，主动微笑问候，令人倍感温馨。酒店细节同样出色：大堂矿泉水无限量取用，晚间还贴心供应糖水。
服务与设施都远超预期，房间非常大，住在里面非常舒适。我们强烈推荐这家高性价比的暖心酒店！

房间很乾净、前台小美女们服务态度很好、距离迪士尼乐园很近、早上有两趟去迪士尼乐园免费班车、很方便、外卖有机器人配送到房间、酒店早餐也很不错、有各种现煮麪条、粥、牛奶、鸡蛋、包子、麪包、凉菜、总之很好、很不错的住宿体验、价格也很划算、下次来会继续住这家酒店、满分好评！

这酒店太省心了！去迪士尼还有免费班车接送，不用自己折腾找车了～司机师傅很准时，玩一天累瘫了回来直接上车，吹着空调秒回酒店！而且班次挺多的，早晚都不用赶。对于暴走迪士尼的人来説简直是救命服务?? 性价比拉满，下次还住这儿！

I had a really good stay here. Big and comfortable rooms, great location for Disney and also the metro to the bund only takes about 30-40 minutes!

去迪士尼玩住了这家酒店，性价比超高！位置离迪士尼很近，坐酒店的免费班车很快就到。房间乾净整洁，设施也齐全，床很舒服，晚上能睡个好觉。前台服务态度超棒，办理入住很快。早餐种类多，味道也不错。下次去迪士尼还选它！
