因为小孩子考研特意预订的酒店，结果太扫兴：??）原来预订的标准??间，后来小孩子的朋友不过来了，入住时我提出换??个大床房。前台服务员说没有大床房。我说时间还早，那我去其它地方再看看吧。服务员又转口说有大床房。我办手续，说要安静的房间，突然发现服务员刷的不是预授权，而是直接扣了2间房的房费。虽然觉得怪异，但没说什么??2）到房间一看，一股霉味，房间就是一个经济型酒店略大的样子。关键是，最安静的房间都靠马路，太吵??3）到前台要求退房。服务员不退。说已经刷过卡了！原来直接刷卡有这一招！经理来了，我说小孩子考试要休息好，这个地方不能住。经理倒是很爽快，说退吧。服务员说信用卡不能退，只能退现金。我说行。又说我们要信用卡手续费的，百分之十，你900多房费，收你100吧！真是佩服这个酒店。很少有这种经历，不吐不快。只能差评??
