第一次入住华纳，冲好评度来的，共住三晚，总体服务及差，从不站在客户考虑，尤其所谓的前台经理，态度强硬，超时1个小时退房应收我全天房费，连收半天房费的协商空间都没有，这样的酒店不会住第二次，一点好感没有，900元一间夜房间设施也是差的离谱，还不如多200元住希尔顿
