As usual this hotel delivers excellent service. They came and picked me up after I called. They helped me with my luggage. The staff spoke great English and check in was fast. The room was clean and they are bringing me back to the airport in the morning. What more do you need?

接机的师傅说不给他小费就不接我机，这是酒店承诺的接机，居然电话给酒店且睁一只眼闭一只眼，不管，我一家三口凌晨二点到，你说只能被逼给了，小费咋给得这么不愉快的，最可气的是上飞机前联系酒店说没有我们的预订，后来联系艺龙解决又有了，想想为什么，还有开个40坐的大巴接我们一家三口，真不知道这酒店是怎么管理人的

当时预定就相中给送机 6点开始 每小时一趟 正好我能赶上早上6点那趟 离机场只有十分钟车程 很方便 但去度假村的过程 我就哭死了 下了地铁口 已经是晚上七点 黑黢黢的一片 地铁口就有私人拉人的 说是这是农村 我一个女孩子 不敢坐啊 我就按导航走 越走越害怕 这是什么鬼地方 偶尔有人出现 走了十来分钟可算走到公交车站 一个很小很小的站牌 等啊等啊 半个来小时上了公交车 结果导航显示的站点还取消了 我坐过站了 还好司机给我临时停了 再走几分钟就到度假村 一看到度假村心里舒服好多 灯火通明 很高大上 尤其卫生间都是科勒的 很好 劝告单身女生千万不要去那住 但人多无所谓啦n按这个性价比 主要有伙伴 我还会去住的
