酒店正在外墙装修，感觉很吵，窗户外即脚手架，不敢开窗帘；房间空气不好，放置的空气清新机无法运行，待投诉后更换；淋浴房地漏堵塞，下手极慢，甚至早上发现往上泛水。不过酒店紧邻上海书城，周围书店很多，连餐馆都放置很多书籍供阅览。

位置很不好找，离南京东路近一些，我们从人民广场地铁站出来走了快半小时才到，前台一戴眼镜的男服务员态度很差，同事只想投诉他。卫生间一股臭味，wifi超级卡，同事说还不如快捷酒店，真不值这个价。不过早餐的品种不少

还算干净，但服务不好，打电话帮忙都是应付性的回复，下午入住，窗户外工人拿着锤子施工，吵得没法休息，早上起来7点又在施工，打电话要求停止，说让他们8点再弄，结果还是继续锤，真的没见过这样的酒店

位置较好，在上海书城边，离南京东路步行街街与外滩都近，就是价格有点小贵！

酒店淋浴下水不好，快把脚淹没了，水压不稳，忽冷忽热的，房间新装修的味道还在，不过好在屋里有部净化器，床品很好，床也很舒服，最赞的是地段，离步行街相当近，穿过两条街就是。
