网上直订的酒店，虽当日酷热炎炎酒店又突遇停电状况但一切都在宁静，热诚，耐心的状态下运作👍因网络问题没能及时更新到个人特别需求信息，客服免费升级了套房从而满意的解决了问题🙏

入住酒店无任何告知酒店网络以及电视无法观看，反应问题迟迟不给解决，要求退房要求客人必须付全额房费。晚上11点无热水也不告知客户。住一晚到第二天早上才洗上热水澡。相关值班经理，房务中心人员服务意识极差。这样的黑心酒店还这么高价格。
