酒店前台的戴眼镜高个子女的，服务态度奇差无比。因为要下班的关系，办入住时始终拉了张脸，因为是第一次住这个酒店，拿完房卡问她电梯往哪边走，这女的很不耐烦，没听清，问第二遍直接不回答我。

服务差到没边了，一堆客人就一个人办理入住。订了高级客房包含大床双床，结果到酒店没房间就说大床要特别备注。协调了半天闹出一间房，然后就被无限插队。一个入住办了45分钟。服了！
