提前一天在艺龙上面预订了家庭房，并且多次电话咨询房间大小、洗浴设施和是否有婴儿床。因为带着三岁的大宝和四个月不到的小宝～还跟酒店客服打好招呼提前准备婴儿床，可是入住后等了一个小时才送到房间～酒店开了没几年，但房间设施里一些细节透出问题，比如布艺沙发很脏，皮质沙发开裂掉皮～房间空调调至暖风高速打了近两个小时，房间仍然没有暖起来，前台喊了工程部等了一个小时，说是我们按了免打扰，可是我很肯定地说肯定没有设置免打扰！因为我想到了这点，特地事先检查了一下～工程部检测温度说没问题的可以打上去的，好吧！那么就再等等看，直到晚上室内温度才22度，好吧！大宝外套穿着，小宝就裹着抱被吧！带着两个娃就怕折腾！以上吐槽完，这里必须给客房服务的两个阿姨好评，一个是送婴儿床的，另一个是晚上帮我们收拾饭后垃圾的！大过年的，谢谢她们了！
