当时定这个酒店就是看中在机场附近可以安排接送机，预定前就再三和酒店确认了这项服务，但是入住那晚告知第二天司机有事不能送机，后来和酒店沟通了好久才安排了车辆送机，离开酒店那天早上也和酒店预订了回程那天的接机，谁知道打了几个电话态度一直很差，一直说过年没有司机，那为什么之前离开的时候不说呢？酒店服务一再出尔反尔也不给任何说法，就是一句我们现在没司机，没司机就不该给我们一个其他方案吗？真的给我们造成了很大的不便，真不知道酒店是怎么服务的。大家预定的时候一定要注意接送机这项服务！！
