酒店在同程上的广告宣传照片、设施及服务完全是虚假宣传，我预定2017年11月22、23日两天，我是23日凌晨12:50到店，进到房间后发现酒店实际情况完全与宣传不符，1:20要求退房，酒店老板态度粗野，收走房卡，不让我再拍照取证。随后以报警威胁，让我立即离开。并说你去和同程交涉，预付费用不退。提醒大家千万别再上当受骗。
