该酒店的服务人员素质较高，令人满意，尤其是清洁员在每日清扫房间时会主动检查房间的设施是否完好，如有故障及时修复，此为多年来在国内酒店首次见到。略有不足：酒店正餐品种较少。

房间偏紧凑，早餐既清爽又丰富，营养搭配合理。自带的一瓶adidas沐浴露忘在房间浴室内，退房查房服务员没提醒。
