前台的那经常穿红色羽绒服的女的服务态度特别差，还欺骗客户，房间空调比拖拉机还响让她换房她说没房了，让师傅来修，等了半天也没来，我又下去是个小姑娘说有房才给我换的，什么态度，这不是欺骗客户是什么，花钱住房不是要给一个差不多的，那空调让人怎么睡觉？还是给那个小姑娘点个赞！
