酒店本身入住没有不愉快的地方，但是后期让我很不爽，住了两天，离店时告知发票不能开，说要等到中午，我赶时间，所以约好开好邮寄给我，之后电话询问，说已经寄出，上海邮寄到南京，我等了一周以后没有收到，再次询问，说是平邮，现在上海到南京，快递都是次日达，费用也在10元以内，酒店居然平邮，我等了两周，仍然未收到，再次电话，说重新开发票邮寄给我，由于我已经出差到福建，他答应我邮寄我到客户那里之后转给我，由于客户地址较为偏僻，酒店发的顺风不送到公司，送至附近镇子上的便利店，需要去取，客户就开车去取了，结果是到付，而客户没带钱，再次回去，然后再回去付钱取快递，让我很难堪，我不爽的原因有两个：一，没拿到发票不是我的责任，是你酒店的责任，快递费凭什么需要我来出？二，就算是到付，你为什么不告知我，我是让我的客户跑两趟帮我拿快递，以后我的工作怎么做？

好像是枫泾最好的酒店了，别的都还好，就是旁边有个KTV唱歌的很吵！

这个酒店好大好大啊，房间很不错，带飘窗，带小江景，离古镇步行30分钟左右，推荐入住。

环境很好！房价也不贵，发现有限电视加密通知后马上修复了，阳台好像不在客服范围，没人做清洁工作，许多阳台都有烟头。房间不能延迟到二点，被子没有烘晒过有点硬和湿。但整体而言服务态度是好的。

酒店陈旧，非常一般，晚上KTV唱歌声震耳欲聋，鬼哭狼嚎，直至午夜！索性去KTV唱歌，又是一个敲诈杀生的店！
