emm，酒店设施对年轻人来说已经很老气，也陈旧。服务一般吧，登记时证件最后都忘记给我...直到第二天退房才提醒我昨天登记服务员没给我证件...然后把证件递给我了...让我惊讶了一下。brbr试想下，一整天没证件在外地转悠，好是在国内，如果是在国外，护照也这样没给我就奔溃了...brbr其实有失误不是不可接受，但，主要是这是登记前台工作人员的问题，登记完应该主动将证件交与客户，却说是我不记得拿...无语。brbr出差住过这么多酒店，第一次服务员怪客户的。brbr算了，酒店不贵，消费比=质量比。而且毕竟证件帮我保管了一天，也是很感谢地说。brbr希望加强细节服务吧。
