设施一般，服务态度也不怎么好，卫生还可以，最重要的一个位置，按着网上地址找去，明明酒店地址是新闸路，网上写的是西藏中路，脚底都磨出泡了都找不到，最后打电话问酒店前台才告知是在新闸路。

入住时之前的还没收拾，竟然还有快餐盒在桌子上，卫生间不干净，室内陈旧，不干净，有异味，唯一方便就是近地铁站。

上海鑫龙酒店位置较好，距南京路步行街几分钟的路，距外滩、城隍庙也不是很远。虽然在巷子口位置，交通还是蛮方便，到火车站或飞机场或吴淞口码头都有地铁和公交车到达。
房间里的设施还齐全，就是卫生方面提高些会更好些。（如桌子抽屉清理、外露台树叶杂物清理等）
