这次来东华看小孩住在的这个酒店，，酒店卫生打扫不是很干净，最烦恼的事情因为外出办事，不知道什么时候回来，但是已经给服务阿姨说了，不在继续住店，他们已经对房屋打扫，结果比规定的离店时间晚了一个小时，回来后，前台让我们补缴200元费用，说是他们的规定，我让他们拿出文字东西，结果一看，只是当天住宿费用的一半，我在网上订房费用328，哎，当时就无语了，一再给他们解释，没有任何作用，最后交了160元离店。这次经历让我感受到上海人依旧很排外，店大欺客。
