最实在的评价.出发前一周在艺龙订的豪华大床 11号中午到的 外观大气 院内整洁 没有招待所气息 直接入住 办理的很快 前台态度很好 午饭当时已经没有了 叫的外卖 很可惜的是这几天都和朋友在外面吃 一直没有尝尝酒店的手艺 估计来的客人也基本上在外面吃 餐饮不多说了.房间里很干净 设施齐全 但美中不足的是卧室里没灯 只有三盏台灯以及衣柜上的灯 有些不适应.房间还外加了一个按摩椅 挺大的 不过要收费 价钱我看了下没记错应该是30块钱俩小时.阳光通风都很好 卫生间也干净 浴缸算是标配吧.大厅以及走廊都很清静 偶尔会有客人说几句话 算是正常现象.酒店里的保洁阿姨很负责也有礼貌 每天会来询问要不要打扫 不会直接刷卡进来 为客人想的周到.门口的保安大爷以及前台人员也很敬业 除了客人 送外卖的还有其他外人等等都不会允许上楼的 为住户安全提供一份保障.住了4个晚上 很满意 下次再来还会选择学苑宾馆！

酒店总体来说还可以。因为和华政仅一墙之隔，旁边也没有什么住宅小区，晚上休息很安静，房间的卫生也很好，就是吃饭不太方便。

考试过来住的，位置没话说，方圆几里之内就这么一家，设施，条件也可以，但是卫生真的很一般……而且退房日上午，是上午！阿姨着急打扫房间竟然让我们先退房也是无语……
