酒店环境很好，很有点江南韵味，尤其是人很少，很安静。细细品味时，却发现房间有很浓的霉味，隔音很差，毛巾粗硬，枕套起球，床垫特硬，早餐很差.....尤其是服务员，就是没经培训的当地农村阿姨，话语生硬，谈不上服务，有的还有些狡黠，素质可见一斑。总而言之，就是一个稍稍升级的农家乐。
其实上海附近难得有这样安静的环境，如果酒店本着为客人提供亲切服务的宗旨，让客人觉得物有所值，还会愁没有客源吗？

酒店外部景色一流，工作人员素质太差，毛巾都起了毛边还在用，自动麻将机潮湿得出水，居然还超过20分钟算一小时，简直就是讹人。早餐58一位渣到爆。点餐更是质次价高。服务质量、酒店管理与硬件完全不匹配。酒店服务员就是就近找的农民工，拿最低工资，你说他/她会如何服务？
