同程艺龙太垃圾了，定了酒店之后，查不到单子。客人自己花钱入住。打电话过去退款，不给，后面还说要查到了，说退款就要把客人赶不来，厉害了！客服说解决不了，我说找原来的客人，结果都下班了，最垃圾！
