服务态度各种差，前台一个胖女人，把房间给我们最底都不和我打个招呼，后来发现和她说，她还说要么退要么升房自己看着办。身份证明明给了她，明明是自己忘记了，当时人多，非一口咬定是我们没给。好像都是她对的我们错的。讲话能不这么冲？不会客气讲话啊。这是4星服务？这明明就是给我们感觉，来了7个人头疼，烦，不想管，随便你们。门口的保安也吊，车不知道停哪，就喉咙大的要死还说看不见啊这种话，要打架？要不是有事情在身，我绝对要吵起来。还有请不要来电解决什么破问题。我不吃这套，我也不会住第二次这种又旧服务又差还号称4星的xxxx，对xxxx就是迎园大旅馆！
