🧹卫生：酒店大堂一进去就一股很大的烟味，应该是保安也不知道谁的抽烟，好歹这是和颐酒店，怎么会这样，而且还有客人明目张胆的在酒店走廊里抽烟，也没人管，安全隐患太大了……

好多年没有住和颐，没想到现在变得这么垃圾，因为是买机票的时候选的酒店，没看具体信息，到了酒店真的大跌眼镜！1.深夜到达酒店，房间没有拖鞋，2.房间还有麻将桌，我是住的棋牌室？3.大清早隔壁房间就有上海老阿姨们打麻将，声音巨大，影响别人休息！几年前的和颐好歹算个中端快捷酒店，现在真的是够垃圾的！

早上走的时候唯独钱包忘了带😅下午才想起来落在酒店，酒店经理拿下来还给了我们，很感谢，酒店我们之前经常住的，环境各方面都挺好的，这次很感谢酒店的工作人员，以后大家离店记得东西收好😄

酒店本身令人非常满意，各项服务也都做得不错👍
而且前台工作人员知道我比较喜欢高楼层的房间后，原本要帮我安排，但因为同时有一群比较吵的团体旅客在，所以又跟我确认了一下，后来还帮我升级房间，体验非常好！
唯一美中不足的是机场接送机，平台上是写说06:00-23:00机场免费接送，但这个是只有接机，送机只到下午13:30！
