上网订的票，到酒店check in效率很慢，弄了半个多小时。酒店老旧的中央空调设备，不能出冷风。打电话给前台，叫我们开窗户？连个纱窗都没有全是蚊子，最后送了架电风扇上来。浴袍包装好的拿出来打开全是破洞！不懂怎么会给客人准备全是破洞的浴袍。订的4天3晚，住了2个晚上，房卡就打不开房门了。
