酒店东窗外上海海事大学海联楼，西窗外是海洋大学宿舍区。酒店干净，设施新，床宽大舒服，卫生间全套科勒洁具，环境安静，如果是两所大学的家长探亲，这里绝对是不二的选择。自驾游的话，海洋博物馆，滴水湖，东海大桥都在周边。

很好，距女儿学校很近，位置方便学生和家长入住使用，周边吃的也多，东北菜很不错。新建的设施设备较新，若能在价格方面有一定优惠，方便学生家长的探亲就更好了。卫生状态不错，很干净，也很安静。交通方面，1077路直达16号线临港站，很快，只几分钟，车票也便宜，一元钱，呵呵

距离海事大学托福考点很近，很多小吃，房间很宽敞，设施简洁明了，早上送小孩进了考场再回酒店休息到退房时间，小孩考试也差不多结束了，感觉不错

去海事大学参加考试，住此酒店确实很方便。房间挺干净。边上就是两个大学的共享生活区，小食店不少

酒店刚好在上海海事大学和上海海洋大学之间，如果是去考试或送孩子上学，非常方便。而且房间比较宽敞，卫生状况也不错。美中不足的是：酒店没有餐饮服务；服务一般。

房间还是非常不错的，周围吃的也很多，地理位置在海事大学和海洋大学之间，房间网络不行，就是这个地方太远，连出租车都没有，全靠步行，打黑车。
