前台人员专业素质极差。明明预定了豪华房的大床房，可入住的是双床房，而且前台态度很蛮横。退房折腾了半小时，我和另一同事明明单人入住，可水单上却莫名变成了2人，让他们改成我们自己的，可硬说不好改，还要我们自己写说明，折腾了半小时才搞定，害的我培训迟到！早餐菜色单调，没啥吃的。非常不符合3星的形象。我经常出差，这是见过最差的酒店！绝对不会再来！

4個字"不知所謂"...真心說話不要來住...雖然在地鐵口旁邊...看到房間和其他設備..你們一定會後悔...房間舊到不可想像...床都不能睡...洗手間完全不衛生...連鎖酒店一定比它好...價錢仲要3百多...不是一分價錢就一分貨...這樣的地方都叫酒店2百都不住...前台沒有服務態度完全沒有...我是在住的第一天晚上零晨05:38留言在ELONG的...我決定明早搬到上海大酒店...付多點錢睡得舒服一點...差差差差

酒店地理位置绝对优越，就在地铁1号线汉中路地铁站出口楼上，出行非常方便。可惜酒店没有较大的停车场，车辆都停在酒店门前的空地上。40元的早餐也没啥特色。
