提前在网上订的，11:30到的酒店，服务员让等会儿，说房间没打扫出来那。我带着孩子到店时排第一个，接连陆续有来人住店，前台却都一一给安排了,这时我到前台询问原因，说房型不同，我没办法又再等，直到所有的人都入住了，只剩我一个人了，我又去问前台，这才给崔，一直等到13:20才给办入住。说是服务员少，打扫卫生也太慢了吧！难道遵守秩序排队等，却不如蛮横的插队的来的快？本来预定了两天，这样的服务和环境住了一晚就换酒店了，以后不会再来。
