酒店前台服务员素质超级差，大家千万不要去住，我在12月26日晚上11点打电话至该酒店前台询问有人捡到一块玉佩没有，当班前台既然毫无思考的状态下就告诉我说没有捡到，完全不考虑客人的焦急的心理，反而责问客人，你遗失当天为什么不打电话过来询问，我说我的玉佩几万块，你赶紧帮我查查问问，她既然告诉我如果客人物品遗失在前台，服务员会第一时间交到前台，现在人都不在，问不了，只能等明天其他人员上班，什么服务态度，而且完全不站在客人的角度考虑事情，你可以说我马上帮你问下，或者说打电话问了之后回电给我，但是这些都没有做，只是在那边说你当天为什么不来问，现在没人问不了之类的话，我实在服了
