酒店设施比较老，空调有两个时段要停运，但是影响不大，开的时候冷气很足，能听到有力的运行声音，早餐一般管饱，停车方便，这次升级了18楼景观套房，到火车站北广场高铁站要20分钟，主要红绿灯多车多！性价比高，床单被褥毛巾都很干净，现在毛巾都是消毒过有独立包装。

酒店位置非常好，交通便利，楼下有你个很大的停车场，酒店住宿是可以免费停车的。酒店的设施有点老，不过非常干净，服务员态度也很好，赠送的饮品也很多，物有所值

两年前来商丘就是住这里，感觉不错，所以这次回来还选择粤海。总体来讲酒店位置不错，早餐非常丰富，房间里还免费提供了牛奶、可乐和雪碧，基本上都不错;但这次入住却碰到了一件糟心的事，偌大一个四星级酒店，中央空调竟然是所谓的分时开放，下午三点入住，没有冷气，打电话给前台，说六点才能送，等晚上吃完饭回来已经十点多，依然没有空调，打电话催前台，等了半天还是没送，大概十一点半才送了空调，半夜醒了似乎又断了，无语。节能减排可以理解，但让顾客受罪就不对了
