说是准三星我很不理解怎么挂上去的，很多东西都是坏的，我说电话坏了直接告诉我修不了，我说换房让我去楼上等结果没人管我，一天都没人来搭理我，如果不是带着孩子东西太多果断只住一天，房间还那么冷，退房还多扣了10多块钱算了我不想去查了
