住酒店以来第一次给差评 连住了7个晚上 第一天说查不到我的订单 我就马上打了同程客服 核实后 给我办理了入住 第二天早上又打电话来说让我续费 查不到我的订单 我就报了订单号 第四天又打电话说问我是否续住 让我续费 我说已经在同程交了全款 前台接待说我们没有网上支付的 都是现付 跟我要订单号 我又打了同程客服 之前前台接待有确认过我7天的订单 并刷了7天的房卡和早餐 不知道是交接工作做得不好 还是同程的问题 br说一下房间卫生 我把换洗的内裤丢在垃圾桶里了 客房阿姨给我拿出来丢在地上 我问她这是什么意思 她说打扫房间以为我还要这条内裤 我就纳闷了 若是觉得我还要 为什么要把它丢在地上 房间吹风机是坏掉的 住房第二天就给客服阿姨说过两次 她也知道吹风机断电 连住了7个晚上都没有修理 早上九点钟还没有起床 就敲门问是否打扫房间 这次入住很不愉快 不会再来 谢谢
