订了两天的房间，体验简直不能更差了，第一天晚上十二点回来洗澡发现没有冷水，只有很烫的热水，与前台沟通他们说是自来水公司停水了，并告知每晚十二点停冷水，在外一天身上都是汗无法洗澡也理解了你们。第二天早上出门前跟前台说把床单被套换了清理下房间，晚上十一点回来居然没有换床单被套！洗澡还是很烫的热水没有冷水，打电话给前台，前台说每晚十点停，并再次希望理解他们，不好意思，自来水公司停水是你们要解决的问题，我们是顾客，这么热的天不能洗澡也不处理解决方案还一直想要顾客为你们的问题买单，且欺骗顾客说这一片每晚全都停水，我们也打电话核实了其他多个酒店发现并没有停水且24小时有冷水。我们说两天没有洗澡了，前台嬉笑着说她八天没洗过澡，说他们都是外地的不了解这边情况，说他们是大酒店之类的托词，专业素质极差，最终退了我们两天房费，希望大家在维权上争取自己的利益，不要自己生闷气或自认倒霉。一个没有认清工作岗位职责的员工和推卸责任的酒店终会淘汰
