和朋友一起来三清山游玩，有看到酒店回复说酒店有重新装修，看到网上的价格也合适，就预订了这家酒店。整体的服务上还是很不错，向前台咨询三清山的路线，前台美女详细解答，并给了不错的建议。房间还是可以的，还免费送了矿泉水。下回来玉山还是会选择这家酒店，前台服务赞👍

差评！差评！差评！玉山君悦这是我最不开心的回忆，放在房间的手串居然不见了，查房没看到，整理房间的没看到，客服部说不知道，前台说不清楚，难道是菩提把菩提手链带走了？要不成仙飞了？要不就是这家酒店的问题・_・?从这件事情看出该酒店管理上的不足，还有服务人员的素质和态度是该有待加强了，东西不贵，就当见面礼吧，永远不见！拜拜！

这样的酒店还是第一次碰到，我放在房间的菩提手链居然会不见，查房的说没看到，客服部说不知道，前台说不可能拿，难道是菩提手串成仙成佛遁地飞天了，酒店管理诚信很重要，管理混乱，服务人员的素质更重要，希望该酒店反省，也希望想入住该酒店的朋友没看号自己的荷包，因为此地有人不干净。

房间卫生太差了，地毯很脏，上面还有好多葵花、花生壳，墙面因为渗水墙纸脱落、起霉。住酒店第一次遇到不送矿泉水的，一次性的牙刷牙膏也没有，不值这个价
