看似国营老店，貌似区政府下属单位，硬件设施有点老旧了，毕竟酒店有年份了。环境还行，计较安静。停车场大，停车方便。离上饶师院和上饶医学院不大远。早餐一般，品种很多，但可以吃饱吃好。总体还是满意！

总体感觉还是不错的，值得推荐，酒店周边环境很棒，公园、水库，空气好，可以垂钓、晨跑，安静适合居住，就是早餐的品种和味道一般，有待改进。

总体不错，位置较好，环境安静。但管理较为薄弱，房内设施损坏无人修理，地面卫生有待加强，地毯要常清洗，以免异味。

有点失望，根本没有想象中的好，房间里连卫生都没打扫，床上还有好多头发，这哪里是四星级酒店，连普通档次的酒店都不如，不过本人是喜欢信州大酒店的边沿环境，还有停车方便，所以来这酒店
