宾馆装修有的旧，周围万达广场在施工，这次目的地是到灵山旅游，离上饶人力资源市场上车点较近，在老火车站，交通便利，高铁下车上车坐公交方便，这价位就这样，对旅游住宿要求不高的可以，毕竟价位不高。
