差评 完全差评 第一：前台接待服务态度极差 我以很好的语气和她说办理入住，等了两分钟，她还在做她手头无关紧要的小事情（整理台面）完了 还是我再一次问的时候才勉强搭理，一查才告知我没有预定信息（我在艺龙提前订好的，收到了艺龙的短讯说好了我才去的）然后我说我给你订单流水号行不行，她也说不行，让我打电话去艺龙咨询，我打了电话去艺龙，艺龙说早就弄好了（这里说一下艺龙的客服，服务很好）然后艺龙的客户让我把电话给前台、噼里啪啦的不知道她们在说什么，然后说好了！
第二：房间，墙面潮湿发霉，地毯都是瓜子壳，还有核桃仁，茶杯，毛巾都没有换，还是我打电话去前台叫人来换的，没有一次性拖鞋！
第三：洗浴间没有防滑垫，洗漱用品竟是上一客人用剩的（注：已经叫人打扫过了，没换）
总结：以后不会再去了 差评

环境、服务都还不错。床也很舒服。唯一欠缺的一点：早餐样式太少。而且不好吃。
