因为没有所订房型要加钱，我问了句到店了我有订单的没有房型能怪我？自己工作的事情没做好怪顾客？前台那女的跟欠了她钱似的一样，服务态度那么恶劣。做不了前台别做OK？ 摆脸色给谁看？老板不管？管理层没人？还是酒店是你家开的？用手机交个押金就一直进不去拿卡刷就可以进？空调也是差到不行拖拉机一样的声音，床单是不是没换？真的很无语，希望酒店邓先生能妥善处理
