房间还好…跟大城市是比不了的 但已经是上饶最好的酒店了 还有空调好热啊 冷气开到最低都没什么效果 一晚上热死了

首先第一：进宾馆大堂后好多人在吸游烟，第二：宾馆内部结构太过复杂，没有领路的服务人员。第三：自助餐厅和中餐厅服务人员态度恶劣，第四：房间很多设备应该及时维修，空调没有冷气，搞得晚上睡觉闷热难眠。第五：早餐品种太少，与五星级酒店不相衬。第六：作为上饶唯一的五星级酒店，代表城市的形象，硬件不能改善的情况下，服务人员的素质能提高，希望下次入住的时候，这些情况能够得到改变！
