  酒店比较新，早餐还不错，可惜没有咖啡供应; 离长途汽车站比较近，步行大约20分钟; 就餐也便利，附近就有购物广场。

  房间角落卫生处理不够好，早餐相对过的去，服务意识一般，前台好点，硬件设施新，但房间灯光只有射灯，不够明亮，送的水也小家子气，工作台没有台灯不合理，最大优势是离市政府近，几步路，作为这块最好的酒店需要提升的地方还不少哦

  位置｜酒店??位置在市区南门新区，紧邻市委市政府、市行政服务中心、市民广场，但离市中心还是有些距离的。 [房间设施]由于是新开的酒店，房间设施比较新，酒店装修风格也比较现代，有点商务酒店的风格，虽然酒店方面称已被评????，但整体体验下来，觉得还是有差距的。 酒店有自己的会员体系，需要预付一定的金额可以享受会员价，比ota预定要便宜个几十块钱。 客房的卫生让人堪忧，洗漱用品盒子里有水渍，浴缸里有长头发，跟客房反映后，酒店只是派人来重新打扫了下而已，也没有任何歉意或表示。退房的时候跟前台反映了此问题，得到的答复是会跟上级反馈，然后就没有了。 [性价比]订的是时尚大床房，带浴缸的那种，价格300+人民币一晚，这个价格在一线、二线城市还是有优势的，但是在德兴这个小城来说还是偏高的，酒店硬件比较新是最大的优势。 酒店没有游泳池，据说有健身房，但前台在入住的时候也没有给提示。 [早餐]餐厅在酒店的二楼，呈L状，设计不合理。早餐的品种也不够丰富，连吃水果用的叉子都没有，也是没谁了。 结语｜这家酒店如果能把服务跟卫生搞上去，价格上再降一点，我想我还是会把它作为首选的，????推荐吧。
