一年之内第二次入住了，正是因为第一次（春节期间）的体验非常好，当然第二次的体验也非常好。
入住前梅朵管家和央金管家就主动联系，交待注意事项。当天很晚入住，两位管家还是非常热情。看到我们两间房不在同一楼层，主动为我们升级其中一间以便我们可以照顾长者。两位管家送我们到房间，耐心告诉我们制氧机、地暖等设备的使用方法。免费洗衣服务非常好，很晚才过来房间取，第二天早上不到八点就洗好放到门口了。早餐、停车服务都很好。下次还会来。

Great experience. Everyone was helpful. Hotel is within walking distance from the ancient city. Room was comfortable and spacious and they serve a great breakfast. We had a little emergency and the staff was very quickly to solve it. Appreciated for the attentiveness.

the hotel was clean and service was impeccable! we felt very warmly welcomed and they even gave complimentary breakfast as we arrived early on the day of check in. they also provided free pick up and return transfer which we really appreciated. hotel room oxygen seemed to be working. everything was simply perfect would highly recommend!
