前台女孩子服务态度很好，特意帮我安排了安静点的房间，入住的时候还跟我说明房间里没有窗户，但是打开门进去也不会很闷，厕所里有个小窗户可以通风，没有异味，床很舒服，下次过来，还是会预定这边

前台服务很好，还送了早餐。扣分主要是以下四个问题:1、房间烟味重，这是楼层服务员在打扫房间时通风散味做得不够。两个电梯里烟味也很大。2、早餐厅有人抽烟，搞得早餐厅烟味呛人，餐厅服务人员不闻不问。当我提请服务员劝阻该行为，服务员不予理采，只顾玩手机。3、没有湖南卫视电视频道，我们没看到知否知否电视剧，追剧中断。4、酒店旁有条小河沟，晚上排污严重，臭味弥漫，房间窗户不敢开不能开，否则臭死人。
