酒店位於澄海区，周边城市环境有点破旧，不过去往南澳和服装市场都很方便。酒店装修不久设施设备都还挺新的。维也纳酒店的床还是一如既往的！

酒店的大厅不错，但酒店附近附近飞机的噪音很大，非常影响休息，而且楼下的KTV的声音也很吵，对於喜欢安静的我确实不是一个好的选择！另外，客服人员服务态度一般，不冷不淡，总体不推荐入住。
