差到不能再差的酒店，如果可以选择打0分绝不给1分。1.噪音。晚上整个楼里都是抽风机的隆隆声，声音很大严重影响入睡。2.酒店绝大多数窗户都贴了毛玻璃纸，看不到外面，感觉非常邪门像阴宅。3.管理混乱。我预订并在线付款了商务大床房，但实际给我的是低两档的高级大床房。4.不专业，品质恶劣。出现房间分配问题後，前台服务员始终坚持不诚实的欺骗态度。首先不承认房型有高级和商务之分，我拿出证据後，又改口我的房间就是商务大床房，我再次拿出酒店官网照片比对，才承认错误，但在之後的差价退赔中继续不诚实，春节期间房间差价大，却只按平时的房间差价退赔，并且与他们领导和平台的沟通都鬼鬼祟祟躲到房间，非常的不专业、不诚信，是一家名副其实的黑店。

性价比很高的连锁店，枕头很舒服。早餐也很丰富，房间还比较新，离高铁站比较近，离老市区远一点。旁边乌记牛肉店东西好吃。

凯里亚德酒店就在汕头站5分钟车程内、酒店是2022年新开、整体十分清洁、早餐都可以、如果说性价比、一定没有错、推荐、从酒店行去15分钟、有一条美食亍、南山亍、有20一打的烧烤蚝、也有正宗新强考羊肉串、好好味下次一定会再去

整体还可以，不过春节期间价格偏高，一千一晚，如果是千元房价可能就不值了。
衞生间味道还是有点大，建议酒店查一下马桶下水安装问题。
前台服务都不错，在大堂等人还主动倒了水。
早餐麪点小哥一早态度不佳，煮麪煎蛋彷佛听不见一样，也不知是不是听不懂普通话，要先告知旁边另一位女生，再由她翻译给这位小哥听才肯动手煮麪。

All the staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel at home as a foreigner within china. The room is exceptionally clean the room service staff was very polite and accommodating of me as a foreigner. The reception desk even help me to arrange a car to the high-speed rail station. The hotel is conveniently located and I will recommend a hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable state was friendly service.
