这家酒店的工作人员服务态度非常ok的，朋友入住的房间出现小问题也是立马解决全程跟进，和好朋友的顽皮小孩是能被前台小哥Zev照看到味，能够及时及有效的服务到位，也是很有礼貌的。房间的采光很好哦。非常的满意。工作人员还会热情的给我们推荐周边的游玩攻略嘞。真的是无可挑剔啊。赞，five star

I am very satisfied with this stay at EzCove Shantou Hotel! The location of the hotel is superior, just next to the Mixc, shopping and eating are super convenient. The design of the room is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, and the smart TV and bluetooth speaker are a plus. The breakfast is rich in variety, and you can also taste the authentic Chaoshan flavor. The front desk was warm and responsive, and the check-in experience was intimate. The laundry room and gym on the 11th floor are fully equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure. Hyatt's brand is really of guaranteed quality and cost-effective, highly recommended!

Not far from Railway station, very clean hotel and excellent services in all field !?
Nearby have Luckin coffee Shop for refreshment! And breakfast is also upto satisfactory!

Very new & modern hotel and everything is in good working condition. Very friendly staff at the front desk. We were given free buffet breakfast for our 3 days' stay - the buffet spread was good. The washing machines n dryers in the laundry room are free for guests to use. For the room rate we paid, we really got very good value.
