留言要求两间安静的房间，结果给了我两间五楼的大床房，四楼是KTV，吵的要死。电话是坏的，跟服务员要求换房，说已经跟前台说了，结果半小时也没回应，当天实在累就凑合睡了。必须列入黑名单。
