早餐很差，卫生不好都没打扫干净，入住时还有之前客人留下的。厕所头发都没清理。晚上睡觉蚊子很多。

按照五星标准，各方面都还可以。服务人员大体也不错，当然也有个别不怎样。例如2楼游乐园。说说房间，格局很棒。但是电路的设计觉得不是很合理。开关分散不同位置。例如空调控板在房内，不是进门，位置直线对到床头，夜里微弱的灯光影响睡眠。关于卫生肉眼可见都还行，开业没几天，也都新的。但是同行的朋友房间出现蟑螂且活体。相信个别情况吧！相对推荐入住的。

酒店是新开的，就在澄海文冠路与泰安路交界处，交通便利，也有免费停车场。酒店前台小哥哥小姐姐服务超好，客房阿姨也很热情，早餐菜色也是一级棒，还有健身房跟室外泳池免费使用！！准五星酒店，高标准服务，强烈推荐！！！
