整体干净舒适，本来计划住了五天再换到汕头市区，但相比之前在帝豪、金海湾与君华的经历，这里床软硬适中，房间空间大，离南澳也近，比较适合亲子出行，所以再住多三天。

入住前在支付宝付了1000元押金，退房时跟前台说没有用过房间任何付费商品，前台说没问题，按金会原银退还，回来几天后发现，支付宝退回940元，打电话问前台，前台说我们用了放在房间的屈臣氏大樽水，两间房都有用，我们连酒店送的小瓶水都没用完，那会去用他们的收费樽装水呢？真不知酒店是有意计算多收还是真的搞错了，现在还在等酒店调查，等待中...

酒店的位置不错，交通便利，停车场很大，免费停车，屋顶游泳池免费开放，酒店的设施齐全，服务也很好。酒店的早餐出品上乘，中西式品种丰富。来汕头推荐入住。
