应该是国企，设备很简陋，而且很老旧的那种。去的时候正遇到寒潮，房间里的空调只能制冷，害的老婆受冻了，半夜起来又吐又泄。以后不会再住。

房间很大，305是落地窗，可以看到海景，设施有点旧了，空调没有制热功能，床单没换，睡觉时经常闻到女人的香水味，说好的返现呢？
