真是无语，订了两间房，一间双人间，一间单人房，结果单人房接了我的单，凌晨入住居然没有房，我可是提前预定的房间，芙蓉跟我说没有，那请问没有房间干嘛还接我的单？何况在网上查询当晚任何一个宾馆酒店都满房，试问一下如果是您会怎么想，难道睡马路？更可笑的是芙蓉经理调解不但无结果，打电话不接逃避问题，居然说让我和老婆跟两男同住一间双人间，一麻睡两人，我投诉到底，极度不满意。
