总体来说，不满意。1、进入酒店，前台不打招呼，什么都不说，我把身份证递过去才帮我办理入住，柜台里面有两个不穿制服的人在啃瓜子。2、进入房间，灯光全开，也是黑乎乎的。3、冲凉房花洒热水来得慢，我脱了衣服就站在浴室里面等了两分钟才出温水，注意，还只是温水！而且伴着一股酸臭味，估计是长时间没人用，也没人清理。4、第二天退房的时候才发现有张早餐券，入住时前台从未提及，早餐券写的是皇格餐厅二楼，我乘电梯到酒店二楼，发现是棋牌室，而且没有一个工作人员，我只能回到前台问是什么回事，他才告诉我在另外一栋楼，我当时就呵呵了，为什么入住的时候不跟我说明，我还在酒店二楼走了一圈。5、早餐券写着，可在一楼港式茶点代20元现金，或到二楼吃免费自助早餐。我就好奇去了一楼看看有什么吃，结果刚踏进一楼，就有个女服务员现在收银台，背对着我大声吼：“二楼！二楼！没看到指示牌吗？”我瞬间无语，我本该想问她一楼是不是有茶点吃，但见她这样恶劣的态度已经决定要给酒店差评了。二楼自助早餐如我所料，非常难吃，其他品牌的酒店都差不多，也就不纠结了。总的来说，酒店我非常不满意，尤其是服务，两星已经给你留面子了。

刚开始开了个房间，房间窗帘是那种厕所的窗帘，要求酒店换了一间，一进来差点摔倒，地板湿漉漉的，房间空调很凉很冷，也很响！卫生环境一般，艺龙预定时系统显示入住赠送礼包，酒店说没有……
