酒店虽然是4星的，不过设施、服务只能算3星。住吃还算不错的，只是售后管理乱了些，返现80元，仅返了40元，今天才让艺龙纠正错误。住到第二天，服务员在写字台上送了早餐券，没告知，可惜在退房前才发现，也不知是该感谢还是该投诉，可能当时不发现还不会有少许郁闷。期间门卡坏了，责任分不清，看服务员国庆加班也不容易，认赔50元，不能影响了心情。总之，设施3星，服务3星，环境3星，交通2.5星，功能3.5星，作为过夜落脚之处，还是符合要求的。但没车的，千万不能选择。

酒店设施不错,比较新.房间挺大,干净卫生,就是位置比较偏,距离市区有20分钟车程.如果自驾车没所谓,如果要坐公车比较不方便.但如果是上市区,酒店可以安排免费接送,每半小时有车.

酒店位置很偏，进市区要开半个小时的车才到，附近没有吃早餐和吃饭的地方。而且这样大的一个星级酒店居然整个5楼没有网线，建议住客下订单的时候说明需不需要网线，因为酒店服务员办理入住的时候不会明说。早上等车的时候把两个保温杯放在大堂忘记拿了，回来的时候问前台，前台说没看见，所以大家的要注意看管自己的物品，放在那里忘记拿了就基本上找不回来了。早上9点办理退房的时候服务员动作很慢，要等半个小时才退好，建议有其他计划的人要注意错峰退房。

汕头较老的酒店，在金平区与龙湖区交接的地方，价格便宜位置偏远一点，酒店有免费接送车，重新和装修过设施服务还行。
